One peak at a time: Burlington woman more determined to hike following dog attack

On New Year?s Day, 2006, Kerry Shea drove from her home in Burlington?s South End to the Adirondacks. She decided to start the new year with a hike in the high peaks across the lake. That day, she climbed three peaks, a 14-hour hike, with bushwhacking through the snow.
